SOLARIS WHITE WINE
The vineyard is planted with Solaris. This variety is quite new and was only released for planting in 2005. This grape is a crossing of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat Ottonel, Zaraya Severa and Seyval Blanc. It ripens very early with high potential alcohol.
This solaris is a dry crisp white wine with intense aromas. Refreshing and clean on the palate with a light floral finish.
The grapes are hand harvested and then vinified at Chilford Hall Vineyard, Cambridgeshire for us.
