The Vineyard Harvest 2018
Harvesting the grapes on the farm is also such a fun day! We get our friends over and all get involved - come rain or shine it's a great day! This year we had 10 friends help pick, even little Harry (aged 1) picked a good few bunches. Picking started at 6am and then finished by 3pm, then the grapes where transported to Chilford Hall, near Cambridge and were being pressed by 5pm! A very quick process to ensure the grape juice contains the correct acidic and sugar levels. #Harv

Summer 2016 Wine Harvest
A dry summer and sunny September, characterised by blistering daytime temperatures and warm nights, have contributed to perfect ripening conditions. Parvills wine-making team predicts 2016 to be one of the most successful vintages ever for the estate.
